Review of MBA Automotive While the services I had done at business were decent, management is a whole different story! Had engine work done to the tune of a couple of thousand bucks and bought two new tires for the front of my vehicle. One of my new tires is leaking air and upon going in this morning to ask them to check it I’m told they can’t look at it until next Tuesday. Stop in today 9/9/22 at 1:45 and they was closing the shop. I asked what time they closed Monday-Thursday and I was told 4:30. There web sight has them closing at 5pm M-F. I told the guy I really want to bring my truck here but the only time I could get there in time was on Friday. His answer was sorry it’s Friday we close early, my reply was I guess I need to bring my truck to another shop. His reply was ok. That’s extremely poor customer service and because of that I would not recommend MBA automotive.
My radiator was leaking so I used blue devil to seal it, that was a big mistake because the blue devil ended up clogging my whole cooling system which then caused my car to over heat. I took it to the pros at mba motors to get it fixed and when I say this is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to I mean it, they stayed in touch with me everyday letting me know what was being done to my car, they gave me deals on parts saving me money.
