Responsive with great customer service
My husband called MB tractor on a Friday, one month ago. They sent a tow truck from Conway to pick it up the following Monday. He was told that they would not be able to start working on his Kubota tractor until Friday of that week or possibly the following Monday. Several weeks went by and he was told various reasons why they had not started working on his tractor. We landed in Conway to purchase our Kubota due to poor customer service at another dealer location. We were leary due to the old negative reviews. However, our experience deserves to be noted because we had a FANTASTIC experience while purchasing a new L3302 tractor and a few implements we needed.
