My wife and I visited MB Tractor and Equipment in Conway after shopping other local businesses to replace our snowblower. We are glad we went and are thoroughly happy with our experience. The after sale service was exceptional and we very grateful with their assistance in getting our new snowblower home.
My husband and I purchased our first tractor from Joel Lusky in the Conway location and he made the process so easy and seamless. Joel went over everything in detail and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Having that great experience we will be customers for life. We would highly recommend this place!!
Requested quotes on a new Kubota tractor twice 3 weeks ago and never got a reply. Reading the other reviews it looks like I may have dodged a bullet.
The part guy he is very bad service, don’t concern the customer. Don’t has good attitude , no goo recommend. I want to give o star if possible
Ordered a chainsaw on their website on April 8th. I got a confirmation that they got my order. The email said someone would contact me within 2 days. Never happened. I emailed them first thing this morning to find out what’s happening with my order. Again no response. Now i see why they have such a poor review rating. I will call them tomorrow and tell them to keep their chainsaw. Do not want to do business with this poorly run company.
