Stopped in to look at an $8,000 plow. Waited about 25 minutes and couldn't get any help from the sales rep. There was only one other customer in the store and we were directed to the brochures. We had the same issue when we went to look at tractors a year ago (so we ended up buying a John Deere that we love.) We eventually left and will be brining our business to another place from now on.
I have called and asked to talk to a sales rep 3 times over the last 4 weeks and still haven’t received a call back I am not sure how this place is still in business
Go anywhere else. Customer service is horrible. Wouldn’t even try to help me find the part I needed.
Just moved to the area and it's 11:09pm and their building alarm is going off every 5 minutes. There's a previous comment here about this and I'm pretty disappointed it comes to us having to leave reviews about them being poor to the people around them. I have work at 7am and I'm not getting any sleep with this alarm going off, police have been contacted.
