The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
Tons of great inventory and brand new building. Went to purchase a piece of equipment they had listed for $500 over msrp from the manufacturer. Came with an envelope of cash to try to get a good deal but it was rejected because their policy is whatever it’s listed for is non negotiable. Was told to go to the place that had msrp price listed by the salesman which I did. Too bad I live close had to drive another 30 minutes but actually got $1000 off not $500 like I was looking for. Do your research there’s better places.
Your PA system is still blasting into all the neighborhoods in your area, starting bright and early. Even on Saturdays. I called and asked nicely, and nothing changed. I made a review like this to get some attention, and then took it back down after you said you would fix it. Because I’m a man of my word. However, apparently you folks are not. I cant speak for the sales or rental dept but the service counter guy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fair prices and nice store.
Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. Called to inquire about a used machine, said it was still available and on site, asked for more information to be sent to me and the salesperson said, "well you saw it on the website what more can I tell you, come in to take a look." I took time out of my busy schedule to go stop in, machine didn't appear to be on site, when I went into ask they guy at the counter said we'll it should be lined up with our used equipment.
