I had a small issue with a new purchase and this dealership provided me with excellent customer service. I'll be returning and recommend MB Tractor And Equipment.
Sales department continues to drop the ball and make repeat empty promises and doesn’t return calls. This seems to be a company wide problem as I’ve dealt with multiple locations throughout the years and I’ve now given up giving my business to MB Tractor. I attempted to sell my Kubota tractor to purchase another but guess they don’t need my business.
Had my tractor repaired. Service manager and his staff are decent people to talk to. Update to my review. RecentlyI called about Picking up a bucket for my 96 m5030 Kubota tractor. And I was given the sales department instead of parts. Witch I might have had better luck with. The guy said he would look into it and get back to me. Waited 2 weeks and never heard back. Talked to his voice mail still no call. Luckily I found 1 at Wallingford. The Wescotts would never have treated me this way,,
They don't have road service so I have a BX1880 that won't start on fixed income can't afford to have it brought to them
