I went in looking for help with my chainsaw. The cashier, Justin took my saw, cleaned it, found the problem and fixed it. Not even a technician, went above and beyond for me. I thought i needed a new bar ($60) but it turned out i only needed a tensioner($8). Very honest. Others may have had me buy a bar or even a new saw. Thanks again Justin
