I went in looking for help with my chainsaw. The cashier, Justin took my saw, cleaned it, found the problem and fixed it. Not even a technician, went above and beyond for me. I thought i needed a new bar ($60) but it turned out i only needed a tensioner($8). Very honest. Others may have had me buy a bar or even a new saw. Thanks again Justin

Called service dept MB, West Spfld, Ma about recall on Honda GCV170 mower. Said there was a recall on my specific mower. Loaded it into my pickup, brought it in for service. Advised by employee that Honda wasn’t doing recall (false). Contacted consumer complaint org, who connected me with Honda rep. There was in fact a recall on my mower. Wasted time at that business.
