I’ve stopped going to this shop since the management changed. The service quality and technical expertise have dropped significantly. When I asked for a quote to replace a part, they had to call me back hours later just to give me a price. Originally, they claimed the entire control arm needed to be replaced because the rear rubber bushing was worn. Warning do not go here anymore, under new incompetent management, most of these five star reviews are from before the new managers took over. This place used to be awesome, two older fellas who knew what they were doing, were honest, would call you right after you dropped off your car to tell you whats wrong with it and fix it the same day. This mechanic is under new ownership and its just an incompetent mess now. I’ve taken my Mercedes to MB Star for repairs several times, and every experience has been excellent. The team is honest, reliable, and always provides outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality Mercedes service!

Great service with a smile. Vickie and Wallace are a great tag team of quality service and expedient work. Their staple is being experts on Mercedes, no matter how old, then making sure they treat you like family with their rock bottom prices. Vicky kept me updated throughout the entire process of restoring my 2003 S500. Then when I arrived Wallace would even take me to show me what’s wrong and why. They are great!
