the BESTEST SALON i have EVER been to. mrs and mr Mandy & Ben are genuinely professionals and were able to do me, my hair blonding, mom's highlights, and sisters haircut all on the same day and they did it with such care and expertise ! my hair was originally black (just normal Asian virgin straight hair) and my mom had black box dyed hair, my sister also just had a lob originally and got a shag cut ! our hair is still healthy basically no damage and it was truly an experience !!! me and my mom are also gonna be regularly ma... read more
I considered changing my review for some time now. First I was not listened to. I tried a few more times no better even after I told her that gray does not hold color As far as I'm concerned the "warm" welcome is a bit phony. They were late several times. Got my hair straightened here and came at really good (the lady burned my forehead a bit during the process lol). However, they racially profiled me from the very start. Demanding me to pay up front before they even got started with my hair. I didn't really think about it to much until another customer walked in and got straight to the chair and paid once the service was DONE… I just laughed and walked away. No tip from me and won’t be coming back. I don’t tolerate these kind of behavior.
My experience here was a couple years ago and i don’t see my review but i definitely remembered this salon. I came in for a simple layered hair cut thinking it was like any other salon but they charge by the layer??? I’ve never heard of that and because i was already there and didn’t have much time i just paid for the layers which was extremely over priced and not worth it. I would not recommend this place.
