Truck went into d-rate and was throwing a def quality issue. Tried the Peterbilt shop and had no luck. The Peterbilt dealer recommended another service provider and that guy never got back with me. Glad I found M&B he was quick to get to me and very knowledgeable showed me reading and explained to me how you could tell where the issue was wish I would have called him sooner. If I’m ever in the area and have issues he will for sure be my first call

It was Sunday 3/29/26. My trailer brakes started smoking and I was out of service on EB I-64 near Shiloh, TN. The road service sent Matt. He was fantastic, he even stopped and picked up a gallon of water for my dogs. He quickly figured out the problem, took care of it, and I was back on the road for on time delivery to Nashville the next day. He’s 24/7 ready to put you on the road.
Amazing, professional, and truly honest guy! If your truck needs anything, just call Matt. Even when he’s busy, he always takes the time to give helpful advice and point you in the right direction. His customer service is outstanding, and it’s clear he really cares about his customers. We wish him nothing but success in his business. Highly recommended—very trustworthy and reliable.
I had an emergency stuck on the side of the road. He showed up in 25 minutes. It was a difficult job but get me back on the road in no time amazing service reasonable pricing. I really appreciate it Matt you are a lifesaver. Thank you. I cannot thank you enough.
