I’ve been going to MB for 5 years now and have loved all of their staff. In the past year a new receptionist was hired and she is always unpleasant however today she was the epitome of rude. When I opened the door, I was greeted with the word “Name?” and then abruptly told to take a seat. She didn’t say ‘hello’, ‘how are you’, she literally didn’t even give me time to close the door.
