Child has been having progressive intervention over a long time . Mel & team are proactive, responsive, helpful, always clear about what’s needed & why. Always friendly, kind & understanding. Feel like we are in very good hands

I was warmly greeted, taken through on time and given appropriate patient education. I left my appointment feeling supported and cared for! Would highly recommend.

I had an extremely bad experience with the staff at this place. We had a 2:00 pm appointment and arrived 15 minutes early. As soon as we walked in, the receptionist told us to leave and physically walked towards us to force us out, saying she was on her lunch break. Her behaviour was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. What made this even worse was that this happened in front of my children, who were left confused and upset, asking why she was being so rude.
