Had water problems in the backyard, dirt was graded down all around house and new sod put down. During the process a water pipe was broke which they just capped and covered up and never told us about it. After paying $300 to get pipe fixed MB just said “if we’d known about it, it wouldn’t have been busted”. So after $4200 AND $300 to fix a pipe that THEY BROKE...guess what.....water problem HAS NOT changed in the back yard. Wish I could post pics. Waste of a lot of money. Lesson learned!!
