MB has helped me so much with various injuries and issues. Her attention to detail and passion for her work is incredible. Highly suggest making an appointment!
I love receiving massages, facials, any service that makes me feel better in my own body. It only took one Thai massage session with MB, to realize what I was missing out on! The session gave me so much more mobility and ease with every movement. My body has never felt more opened up from a massage. Highly recommend! 💜
A stretch session at MB is worth 10x a traditional massage. I've been seeing her for years and my body is sooooo much better for it. I put my body through quite a bit - martial arts, running, lifting and there is no better recovery tool! MB is a master at what she does but also a funny, kind and supportive person. You'll learn something, feel amazing AND you'll have met a new friend when you see MB !
I came with a high hamstring strain and a 100 miler a month away - something I needed to fix quickly! Not only were we able to solve that, I noticed during VT 100 that there were absolutely no hip restrictions, something that has been a perennial annoyance. But a big smile on my face when I had that aha moment! My legs were not working against me for the 27:22 it took me to run, an experience I have not had in a long time. For any runner, ultra or otherwise, I highly recommend going here
