The experience with MB lab. has been disappointing. Communication throughout was slow. Once I received the results, I sent a follow-up email with some basic questions about interpreting them and never received a reply, despite multiple attempts.
These guys are on the ball. Never use/drink well water without them Have a look at it.
I had a great experience with MB Laboratories. The receptionists were very responsive and helpful for understanding what testing to order. The test results came back quicker than I had been told to expect, and I really appreciated the opportunity to talk directly with the chemist to understand the results.
