One member of Customer care is extremely rude.
Horrible. Not on time. After 3 weeks they with wrong size bathroom replacement
Awful customer experience. Booked an appointment between 1-2pm. Took half a days annual leave to get back from work which is an over an hour away. To be told the plumber turned up at 12 nobody was here and has moved onto the next call. After care was appalling, really didn't care and just offered to book next available slot. Would avoid this company at all odds.
Disgusting company who came and did half a job then would not return. Left our toilet unusable and ripped up all the Lino in the bathroom after a flood. Booked an appointment for them to come and finish the job but nobody turned up. After phoning the office I was told someone should have let me know which they didn’t. Shocked by the way I have been treated. Stay well clear.
They didn't offer the service I required but their customer service was good.
