I had to pre pay $600.00 up front to put a ceiling up in my garage. He never did the work . I managed to get $300.00 back from him but never got the other $300.00. He wrote me a bad check that bounced twice which cost me $60.00. He said his dad passed away . He appeared drunk when he came back to look at the potential job . He stopped responding to my emails asking for the second $300.00. This happened right at the beginning of the pandemic which has been almost 2 years now.
