Please read it concerns bank may have been HACKED. Yesterday, Saturday, 1/13/18 we had this exasperating experience which needs to be shared with the customers or potential customers of MB Financial. I waited a day prior to posting to make certain I wanted to post and it not be an emotional post. I waited and I do. Be most careful with your money in this bank. I believe they may have been HACKED. Can I give zero stars? LOVED LOVED LOVED American Chartered and Brad and Andrew. Ever since MB came in, they'be gone down the hole. I've had to go in 5 times to update my accounts to my married name. FIVE TIMES for a name change. You cannot get a live person on the phone. And then they gave me the branch number, and I called it only to be calling a different bank...? It's miserable. Cannot wait to leave.
