Called in for a loan and they transferred me to three different persons, the last person put me on hold for 30+ minutes and didn't came back. Hung up and called again, transferred three times again and finally talked to someone, he was helpful but after been talking three days and told me I could get the loan and then the next day told me they don't give loans to contractors. The phone system is so frustrated and so is their policy. Finally said thank you to him. Now move on!
