Always delayed and unreliable. Most recently, they missed the promised repair completion date and never informed me there was an issue. I only found out after calling that their seamstress had not come in for days and my clothing had not even been started. I requested my items back and asked for a refund since no work was done, but I still have not received it. They also charge high prices, and the prices posted on their wall are inaccurate. Always the best dry cleaners. Seamless pickup and drop off. Competitive pricing too. Always service with a smile and have never had an issue. what more could you ask for
I brought in a coat to get a loose button tightened. I was initially told it would be ready the next day. Well for the next week the guy kept telling me “tomorrow” repeatedly because the tailor hadn’t come in when she was supposed to. I finally had enough and tried going back on a Thursday to pick up the coat as I was going to my mom’s house that night and knew my NJ tailor could fix it in a few minutes. Would give it zero stars if I could. Have taken 4 shirts there, three of which have been messed up (missed buttons and consistently wrinkled shirts). Nice guy that runs the operation, but terrible product. Affordable but don’t take your clothes there
