These guys are doing work at the intersection of south Tacoma way and Wilkeson street. One of the workers clearly busy playing games on his phone starts to cross the street, not a crosswalk the street. He doesn’t even look up from his phone. As he gets to the far lane he completely stops, still without looking. I honk at him and he rages completely jumping out at my car flipping me off. I've worked alongside these guys doing traffic control to protect them while they worked, and these guys are absolute professionals very skilled and knowledgeable in what it is that they do. Their office is a nice place to visit and it is also well-staffed and most courteous.
