I was told about MB Classic Star as i had purchased a 36+ yo 300E and was chasing parts which are no longer available new. John was amazingly helpful. He took plenty of time to answer the many questions i had and considering i had never been to his workshop before this is very rare to find. Terrible workmanship Was held hostage as the car was stripped and demanded more money Oversold me products that I did not need and Got me to pay up front for the whole repair worth over $30K and still there is gearbox oil leak and stalling etc Took it back a few times Platitudes but no action I am left with my car in the garage for 2 years There are better places to take your car
