I don't blame the employees, but rather the poor business practices of this bank for garnering a 1-star review. I have a motorcycle loan through them, and the motorcycle was stolen - dealing with MB Financial to gather the required documents for my insurances (and even getting them to process the payout check!) has been ridiculous. Their online loan pay service, MBLoanPay, doesn't show a full payment history - only the most recent payment. It also didn't reflect any payments I made over the phone.
