Mr. Agim Lumi serviced my Mercedes Benz E350 silver, three years ago. I was impressed with his professional approach and quality service. Next year I bought Mercedes Benz E350 gray one. Regular service with Agim and just drive and enjoy. This year I bought Mercedes Benz S350 (S-Class). I service all my Mercedeses with Agim only. Fantastic service. I've had both our Mercedes serviced there, and each time it's been more than preventative maintenance, usually a breakdown of sorts, and I have it serviced then. Twice it was on the day before a long week-end (Christmas/Easter), and they came through with success. It's where you go if you want the best for your Merc. and appreciate excellent service/support, timely action, plus the one on contact that big dealers can't provide.
