I went into get an oil change. I did so and they charged me $110.00. Then I was told that I needed my tires rotated, air filters and a transmission service that meant I needed a transmission flush! I got my filters changed as it's had been years. But as I was asking the mechanic if I could buy the filters at a Pep Boys or elsewhere, and could save money, he stated it would cost more due to labor! Wtf! First time having my vehicle serviced here. Pulled in and was greeted right away and notified of possible time line for completion. Was notified of all options and services they do provide. Not only do they just change your oil they also complementary check ALL fluid levels, filters, brakes, tire pressure etc. and notify you of any recommendations. I was persuaded by a sly tow truck driver to have my truck taken here. What a big mistake! MB Auto quoted me $850 to change 25 lug nuts and replace a wheel stud! Beware, and do not have your vehicle towed here, you'll be ripped off. It seems like MB Auto has some shady agreements with tow truck drivers to persuade people who are broken down on the grapevine to go to this place, don't believe them.
