Went one day and asked if my watch still had guaranty because the battery was dead and the guy said “yes, just bring it in and we’ll send it for repair” . Blocked 30 min off work the next day just to take it in and the lady said “sorry we can’t help you now come back later” . I don’t think I’m buying from them again.
