I accidentally welded my wedding ring and within a week it was back to new. I found them to be very helpful and polite. The jeweller is amazing he definitely knows his stuff I’m so happy Thankyou to the team at Whitfords
Trying to get a refund of these people for a faulty goods is near impossible. Customer service is terrible and a manager who refuses to come and and discuss the situation. NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP OR BRANCHES AGAIN. Disgusting way they treat their customers.
BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM MAZZUCHELLI'S!!!! Do yourself favour and read through reviews across all branches, all horrible experiences including mine. Once they've got your money, they're done with you. Unhelpful and irresponsible staffs. Refused to refund or give store credits for a clearly faulty item, blaming "it's just the design" when it is OBVIOUSLY different than what shown on their catalogue. WORST POLICIES AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD GIVE ZERO STAR
