It is really bad I ordered watch online and these is no help given so far they said they haven’t received dispatched but they haven’t and lying are you guys really serious??
BEWARE - Ordered rings don't match the samples! I ordered a Vera Wang ring, and after waiting a few months, the ring finally arrived. However, the sapphires on my ring were dark and opaque, not like "bright blue" sapphires described, and not like the sample ring in store (see picture, sample ring on left). The difference was obvious. I pointed this out to the staff, expecting them to be embarrassed and to remedy the situation. Instead, they told me "natural stones vary".
