The staff were lovely to work with, very approachable and take time to ensure that the service they provide is of the highest quality. I will be back to buy more with them in the future.
Would give zero stars if possible. Walked into Rockingham store to get wedding band and engagement ring rhodium plated and brand new eternity ring resized. Asked if they had care plans, yes, do you have paperwork? "not on me but I have used the plans a number of times over the years" I was told without the paperwork it would take too long to find my details in the system. WORST JEWELLERY SHOP! 0 STARS I got a 13k engagement ring and have lost 3 diamonds WITHIN 3 MONTHS! AFTER THEY PREVIOUSLY FIXED IT THAT WE HAD TO PAY FOR! and 8 more are loose and they believe it’s my fault for wearing it!!
