WORST JEWELLERY SHOP! 0 STARS I got a 13k engagement ring and have lost 3 diamonds WITHIN 3 MONTHS! I recently visited Mazzucchelli’s in Rockingham to collect my engagement ring after being notified it was ready for pick-up. Unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the staff could not locate the repair they had contacted me about the day before. Instead of resolving the situation calmly, I felt ganged up on by three staff members who stood behind the counter, offering rude and dismissive behavior throughout the interaction. Paid $185.00 for a Tissot watch strap that I was told included fitting to my watch. When the strap arrived , I was told they cannot fit it and I needed to go to Mr minit who did a great job , but had to charge $17.00. The thing is, that when I said to Mazzucchellis that they have charged for fitting at $185.00 they replied it was complementary so I have no refund. Why say you fit when clearly you don't.. so the watch strap ended up costing me $200.00.
