Sales team is wonderful. Jewellery quality is terrible. Head office is absolutely terrible. I received a ring as a gift and a diamond fell out 6 weeks later. The person who bought the gift purchased the care plan but we were advised diamonds aren't included in this. I had to fight for the repair to be free of charge as this was clearly a manufacturing fault. They had my ring over 10 weeks. Terrible service, rude staff full of excuses. Will never shop there again. Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews, go elsewhere. I’d give 0/5 if possible.
