friendly, efficient and love their work
I would use extreme caution when trusting this company with anything valuable. They took my watch in good condition (as verified by their own condition report) then returned it in unwearable conditions (case back not secured, and no tooling available to re secure it). They then told me they could have it back for a couple of weeks to fix it, then denied it was their responsibility and that I must have given it to them like that. The staff at Mazzucchelli's Marion were so accommdating and really made me feel welcome. Darine in particular was very patient with me as I deliberated on which Engagement Ring to buy. I never once felt rushed or pushed into making a purchase. I couldn't recommend enough. Excellent service and beautiful products.
Nothing about this company is even worth giving one star to. The luxury jewellery is nothing better than scrap metal and they do not care whatsoever about going against consumer law when their products fall apart. They will ghost you and gaslight you. It's not the quality of the ring that's in question, oh no, it's the fact I had the audacity to even wear it that caused the diamonds to fall out from three different spots on three different occasions. My partner bought my engagement ring from the store - they took thousands of dollars happily from him. Long delay in picking up my watch following a repair (due to financial hardship) - had a rude and obnoxious phone call from someone with appalling phone manners to threaten me to pick it up. Will never shop with the store again.
