I haven't ever seen a business more deserving of the negative Google reviews I see here. We came in on Sunday to pick up an item. Watched as everyone that came after us got served before us. Then when I queried it, one staff member wasn't able to do pick ups so that was reasonable. The lady that could do pick ups was already serving yet another person that came in after us just to find out the item they messaged us about been ready was in fact not ready. Small diamonds falling off a 10 month old engagement ring. Value of $14,000 was told no fault of ring. Had it serviced and looked at again recently and another small diamond came out. Devastated as this is expensive life commitment and completely no support from jeweller. Reading your reviews my purchase decision was blindfolded. My personal experience , I bought a watch did not have a good experience, and was disappointed. Shop elsewhere trust me
Do not shop here. Worst customer service, was advised a watch was to be deliver by a certain date for a present. And didn’t arrive in time and so requested a refund. And now they refuse to offer it, even though watch was over taken out of store.
A few months ago, I first visited this store to see if they had a watch in stock that I’d already decided to purchase. I found it in the cabinet, and then attempted to get the attention of the staff. There were a few customers in the store so I waited while other people were assisted, but as more people came in and got help while I couldn’t seem to get the staff to acknowledge me, it started to seem like the staff were intentionally avoiding me.
