Bought a lovely Rado watch for my husband’s 50th birthday at the Karrinyup store. Not a cheap gift yet was told by assistant they did not have time to take the links out of the band to fit because the shop was busy with customers. Had a wonderful experience at Mazzucchelli's Jewellers! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their customer service was outstanding — they took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience at this store. Went in to look for a gift for my wife, and was served by Dede. She was understanding, not pushy at all and served us with a smile on her face. Ended up buying a Tissot watch for my wife, and shortlisted another watch for myself.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Sheida at Mazzichelli's - Karrinyup. She was incredibly helpful and patient in finding the perfect piece for me.
Worse experience as a customer, 3 staff ladies chat so I have to wait for only one to be served. And the lady give me an attitude you wear those necklace not right way (as they say) and will not be under warranty of that. Keep asking me if I bought the warranty kit. I only bought the necklace not even a year . Sounds like you don’t even know your product. Keep confirming me when I bought it and how much. You have all the records since I gave you my number . Never back this place . The manager need to train your staff
