Small diamonds falling off a 10 month old engagement ring. Value of $14,000 was told no fault of ring. Had it serviced and looked at again recently and another small diamond came out. My personal experience , I bought a watch did not have a good experience, and was disappointed. Shop elsewhere trust me
Do not shop here. Worst customer service, was advised a watch was to be deliver by a certain date for a present. And didn’t arrive in time and so requested a refund. And now they refuse to offer it, even though watch was over taken out of store.
A few months ago, I first visited this store to see if they had a watch in stock that I’d already decided to purchase. I found it in the cabinet, and then attempted to get the attention of the staff. There were a few customers in the store so I waited while other people were assisted, but as more people came in and got help while I couldn’t seem to get the staff to acknowledge me, it started to seem like the staff were intentionally avoiding me. Bought a lovely Rado watch for my husband’s 50th birthday at the Karrinyup store. Not a cheap gift yet was told by assistant they did not have time to take the links out of the band to fit because the shop was busy with customers. Was only when I pressed the point that a considerable amount was paid and it was the least they could consider to make it fit that she went to “ask about it” Was then served by a lovely attentive assistant who took the time and care for respectful service.
