A few months ago, I first visited this store to see if they had a watch in stock that I’d already decided to purchase. I found it in the cabinet, and then attempted to get the attention of the staff. There were a few customers in the store so I waited while other people were assisted, but as more people came in and got help while I couldn’t seem to get the staff to acknowledge me, it started to seem like the staff were intentionally avoiding me. Bought a lovely Rado watch for my husband’s 50th birthday at the Karrinyup store. Not a cheap gift yet was told by assistant they did not have time to take the links out of the band to fit because the shop was busy with customers. Was only when I pressed the point that a considerable amount was paid and it was the least they could consider to make it fit that she went to “ask about it” Was then served by a lovely attentive assistant who took the time and care for respectful service. Had a wonderful experience at Mazzucchelli's Jewellers! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their customer service was outstanding — they took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience at this store. Went in to look for a gift for my wife, and was served by Dede. She was understanding, not pushy at all and served us with a smile on her face. Ended up buying a Tissot watch for my wife, and shortlisted another watch for myself.
