Disgusting If I can rate -5 I would. The worst retail experience I’ve ever had. This company is a disgrace, they call themselves luxury but this couldn’t be further from the truth. I don’t recommend anyone buy from there, they are thieves and you will be disappointed guaranteed. They’re only helpful until they take your money! I sent an untouched watch back (after approval email from head office) for a refund as they have easy returns policy, they kept the watch and refuse to give me my money ($1000+) back.
