I purchased a necklace from this store as a birthday gift for my partner. Within 5 minutes of her putting it on at dinner, the necklace snapped. I returned to the store to request a refund, as an item should not break that easily. Staff refused a refund and incorrectly treated this as a “change of mind,” despite the item being clearly faulty. Worst quality I've ever experienced with rings. Diamond has fallen out twice and they tried blaming me and wanted me to pay to get it fixed even though ring was under warranty. Worst customer service. Do not waste your money for rubbish quality.
We brought a tissot prx watch on 10 th October 2025 and we didn’t get a bill due to a system issue. When we asked for price match they said that they can only price match if its an offline shop and not an online store. We came back after 2 days as Salers was giving that watch cheaper and when we showed that to the shop manager to price match they flipped and said they don’t price match. Disgusting If I can rate -5 I would. The worst retail experience I’ve ever had. This company is a disgrace, they call themselves luxury but this couldn’t be further from the truth. I don’t recommend anyone buy from there, they are thieves and you will be disappointed guaranteed. They’re only helpful until they take your money! I sent an untouched watch back (after approval email from head office) for a refund as they have easy returns policy, they kept the watch and refuse to give me my money ($1000+) back.
