Terrible customer service! Recently purchased a $1500 watch from the Geelong store. Returned the faulty watch less than a week later. Being that it has had a major fault from manufacturing I have requested a refund. The store advised me they have to send it back to Tissot to check. Three weeks later and still no word from either Mazzucchellis nor Tissot. When I walked in I was greeted immediately by Sharon. She let me browse without interference. We shook hands & introduced ourselves. I went away to think about my potential purchases. When I returned a bit later she remembered my name. Took the time to understand my requirements. Hooked me up with beautiful pieces of forever jewellery for myself & my two kids. Items available are quality & I got mine very reasonably priced. I'm very excited. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I'll see her again hopefully.

Purchased two Tag watches from Melbourne Collins Street, the following day walked into this store to enquire about getting the band’s shortened. No politeness, just rude and arrogant. I asked if they shorten bands and the response was yes but where did you buy them from ( given I was dressed a pretty scruffy) I felt like she was implying I had bought them off the back of a truck. I went into this jewelers hoping to gauge prices in gold hoops for a friend's 21st. The assistant did not take the time to explain the different options. She assumed I wanted plated and said I may as well go to Lovisa, buy plated silver earrings and wait until they tarnish. Extremely rude. I happily left and bought $800 hoops from Micheal Hill down the road where the customer service was actually good.
