More hoops to jump through than a circus. This has to be some of the worst quality jewellery paired with the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. My partner originally purchased a pair of earrings and a necklace for me a couple of years ago, and more recently (just one week ago) bought a matching bracelet for our anniversary.
