Very disappointing experience with Mazzucchelli’s Chadstone. I visited the Chadstone store on my birthday. Initially, the experience was very positive. The staff welcomed us nicely and treated us well. I selected a Tissot watch worth over $1,300 and was ready to purchase it. Before buying, I specifically requested a brand-new watch with all the original protective wrapping because the display watch had obviously been tried on by many customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OR ANY OTHER MAZZUCCHELLI'S STORE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! There's a reason that there is no customer support option on their website. Bought a 3k watch from them. One of the buttons broke after a couple of years. It happens so fine, bring it in for repair. 6 weeks later watch is ready for pick up. I simple pick up the watch and the crown completely falls out, something that wasn't broken when I brought it in. They send it off again, this time to Tissot instead of their in house watch repairer.
