The key lime pie doesn’t even have key lime flavor. It tasted like there was 1 key lime for every cake batch. The best odds normally pretty good, but this key lime of so ridiculously under done. I felt like the key lime was an after thought to the key lime pie.
Lard bread was super unique, essentially a self contained cold cut sandwich with bits of cold cut baked into the bread. It’s heavy and hearty, probably was a favorite of the dock workers who lived / worked in the area a century ago. Rainbow cookies were also solid, soft chewiness and nice sweetness from the jelly but could have had a crisper bite on the chocolate
