In 2008 I saw Mazzocca for a shoulder issue related to a dislocation that occurred in the late 80's. Yesterday I saw another MD at UConn for the same on-going issue and as she was reviewing Mazzocca's notes we learned he referenced my LEFT shoulder when in fact it is my RIGHT shoulder! As a patient I would never known this error unless I saw his visit notes yesterday. BEWARE!

No nonsense surgeon, helped me a lot with shoulder replacement surgery. Wonderful staff. My shoulder is now feeling much better!
