I've used Mazzios own policy of contactless delivery with no problem. Tonight a young teen brought my food and didnt leave it. He kept saying I had to sign the slip. I said I paid online and chose CONTACTLESS delivery. He kept arguing and even threatened to call the police. I closed the door and tried to call the store manager. I could only get generic customer service (they were very polite) and the manager said, through them, that they would never take an online order from me again. He or she woukdnt talk to me. Ordered online to pickup in Pryor, at 3:15 ready in 15 arrived at 3:31 not ready went back up at 3:45 still not ready finally 4:15 it’s ready get home pizza cold , sandwiches are wrong and Mazios sucks for 42.09
Every table has a plate on it excluding the ones that people are setting at, have watched 4 people walk out cuz there is no seats the manger was yelling at there employees yet also wasn’t doing anything and when I asked for my cup the lady got rude I’m not one to make complaints but this is not how to run the store especially when you have hardly any customers
If you have an hour to waste to be waiting , this is the perfect place for you. Ordered one pizza & some wings, took about 51 minutes for it to come out. Pizza was a 4. Very bland & disappointing. Me and my husband ate one slice each & threw it away. The wings were delicious though.. do recommend those.
The buffet used to be really good and stay stocked. The last several times I have been in here there is basically nothing on the buffet and they put 1 pizza out at a time. As soon as it gets put out it is devoured by other people (some are quite greedy). The girl working the front counter did offer to have a pizza of my preference made but I didn't have time to wait that long as I got mine to go.
