When you place an order and your specific about what you DO NOT want on it, your expecting that. How hard is it to comprehend the instructions, are the workers illiterate or something. It has happened more than once. I dislike dining there especially in glenpool, workers are usually just standing around and food on the table. Absolutely disgusting!! Is it that hard to clean the tables? I prefer going to Bixby, much cleaner.
Waited a hour and half for our delivery order.They mixed up the sauce on the 2 different pc wing order. Stated they ran out of cheese dippers but did not call to inquire about substitution and refunded the money. We were expecting the full order i initially paid for. And the bag was trashed with buffalo sauce and the driver asked if I still wanted the marinara for the cheese dippers. Food is lukewarm. Didn't get everything we ordered. Over priced.
Brought my entire family for a nice dine-in experience. After roughly 35 minutes my pizza arrived soggy in the middle, but still somehow burnt on the crust. I was assured with several other patrons that they’re experiencing a busy shift. Tried to tough it out, but once my daughter bit into a literal sludge center, I demanded a store manager to rectify how a pizza parlor can fall so short on delivering edible pizza.
