Ordered the yeti pizza, not only arrived 20 minutes late, but arrived like the driver held the pizza box upright, or chucked it into his car. This is the second time we’ve received pizza from Mazzios like this. Maybe time to train your drivers OR get some new ones

Took over 40 minutes for an order that said they'd take 15. Pizza taste good, but people that came in after I did shouldn't be getting their orders before mine. We need to go back to the days where if you took too long for a pizza, you didn't pay for your pizza. Wise man once said, forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for a late pizza.

Called in a large works no mushrooms, no olives, and it was a hour before closing and got there to pick up and paid 35,00 and some change, the works pizza barely had any thing on it an when l called customer service she told it was because l called late, now remind you it was an hour before closing, and the sausage pepperoni thin crust was burnt, then the lady offered me 21,00dallars back was an insult, l told her l still have this pizza it has NOTHING on it , this was an insult . .

I called to place an order and I don’t know if they were high or what. The guy was laughing a lot and I never got my order.
