I come here for the lunch buffet probably once every week or two and they generally have a good selection of pizza and friendly service. I went there for lunch today and they appear to be short staffed. Jared was the only employee working during a busy lunch rush and I had to commend him on his great work ethic and friendly demeanor. Ordered the yeti pizza, not only arrived 20 minutes late, but arrived like the driver held the pizza box upright, or chucked it into his car. This is the second time we’ve received pizza from Mazzios like this. Maybe time to train your drivers OR get some new ones
Took over 40 minutes for an order that said they'd take 15. Pizza taste good, but people that came in after I did shouldn't be getting their orders before mine. We need to go back to the days where if you took too long for a pizza, you didn't pay for your pizza. Wise man once said, forgiveness is divine, but never pay full price for a late pizza.
