My family had a very disappointing experience at Mazzio's Pizza. While we were eating, the manager, Shanna Swain, and a man she appeared to know were arguing loudly in front of everyone. The shouting and profanity frightened our kids and made it impossible to enjoy our meal. We later learned the man's name was Jay. No customer, especially families with children, should have to witness that kind of behavior in a restaurant. I hope Mazzio's addresses this and ensures managers maintain a professional environment for their guest... read more
