The worst wait/food/staff experience! Only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Staff was argumentative/defensive about losing our ticket, we had three tables of orders they “lost”. Took hour and half for food, while four other tables were served before is and arrived after our party. Waitress argued it was only an hour for our food…. , it’s a pizza place people, even an hour is too long. We got there at 12:30, food on table at 2. Horrible. Didn't get service and walked out after 3 tables were serviced after sitting there waiting for service.
Many years of coming here. Today was my worst experience. Server brought my water and never came back to the table. The 2 young servers were too busy talking to each other to pay attention to incoming customers. Salad bar was good. Pizza left alot to be desired.
This is the third time ordering delivery they have forgotten part of our order. Not only that the family spagetti night that is supppsed to feed a family has about half the spagetti in it than it did the first few times we ordered it. I am thinking maybe i should stop ordering from Mazzios. They need to get their act together.
