Very nice at the sale point. Paid in full. Our area rug is now more than a month late from the "completion date". It should be a simple thing binding a rug and calling us to come for it, right? No one called to tell us of the delay. When we called we kept being told it would be ready next week, tomorrow, the day after... It was actually on the premises at one point. Had Mazzella install flooring in my home earlier this year. Love the flooring and they did a great job with installation. Contracted them again to install flooring in my laundry room. Signed a contract on 9/21/16, gave them a $675 down-payment and was told the flooring would be received in a couple of weeks. To date (11/18) have not heard from them. I have called, emailed and even left a note on their door. Is this away to run a business. The business never seems to be open. What is going on?

I had Mazzella Carpets come in last year and place a laminate on the floor in the kitchen and hallway. They came in when they said they would, they were courteous and professional. They had to put a under laminate in because the original flooring was asbestos tile. Their prices were reasonable and their quote on the amount of time required was right on. I would use their service again in a heart beat.
