Order for essential medication was placed at 8am on the 18th August, pharmacy accepted the order and took money from my account at 10am 18th August. When ordering, they claim ordered placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day. The order was not shipped until 20th August at 4pm and will not be arriving until 24th. Disgusting lack of regard for essential medications, the pharmacy should have contacted me immediately before taking money stating they do not have the medication in stock. Do not order from here
I always have a wonderful experience at Mazzei's Pharmacy Eastwood. The team is incredibly professional and genuinely cares about their customers. A huge thank you to John for his exceptional service and helpful kind advice—he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. Highly recommended!
The owner( mr john) is very kind and very funny. He has much lower prices than chemist warehouse next door. And he is the most professional pharmacist I know. He the best.
Long time customer of Mazzei’s and John. This is one of the most credible pharmacies in Sydney. Very considerate and helpful.
I live in country NSW but I keep buying my medication through these guys as their customer service is 2nd to none.
