Kathy and her staff gave our family exactly the legal guidance and support that we needed. They were timely, attentive, and effective at finding a satisfactory solution to resolve family issues. Her fees were fair. We felt very supported at a difficult time.
Per their website I called to schedule a free consultation to find out they charge $300. I asked how much they charge for a contested divorce and was told I would need to speak to an attorney. 🙄 They just lost a prospective client.

I can not say enough about my experience with Kathy Small and her office . Professional kind and always answered questions in a timely manner and would explain everything . My children used her as a child advocate . She was wonderful caring and professional and attentive to thier situation and needs . I highly recommend her as an attorney and child advocate
