Mike was on time, professional, and did great work. I would recommend him for all your contracting needs.
He kept the appointment for the estimate but needed a 78% down payment to start the job. My experience with contractors have been 50% down on the total price and the other 50% on the completion of the job. Contractors can decide how they want to do their terms but for me that was a deal breaker. Do not recommend! Not a happy customer! Not only did mazz Contracting build my porch wrong (roof not at correct pitch for metal) but he argued with me when I tried to tell him what I wanted! He built what he wanted not what I wanted. He also lied about having a WV contractors license. I turned him into the state for that. There is so much more! Total nightmare!
My father recently hired Mike to install a gutter on the rear of his house. Mike was extremely responsive and his work was incredible! Such a wonderful experience having work done by him. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
