Work in S.L. so told them when I called to schedule,k "You tell me when is a good day". Drop the jeep off at 7 am. No call by 12:30 so I call them. They tell me "the tech has it up right now looking at it, you'll hear from us soon". At 2pm I call and they tell me AGAIN "the tech is looking at it right now"...um, what? Went in for a simple brake job...disk all around, what a 2 hour job? THEY scheduled it, then either lied to me at 1230 or they have one of the SLOWEST techs (if it takes an hour and a half to look at brakes.) I... read more

I appreciate that they always do a full inspection of the whole vehicle, regardless of what it was brought in for then send an itemized estimate for any other items you may want to add on. Fantastic experience first time with Mazur's in South Lyon. I brought them an almost 20 year old Toyota with one Houdini ABS light (now you see it, now you don't), a chronic 6 month long brake system leak, and the need to replace an EVAP canister after a load of bad gas last fall. Before arriving at Mazur's, I had previously used the Toyota dealer for all vehicle care.
