Had a new water heater installed in less than an hour it seemed. Mike is awesome!
This place is amazing. We had no heat over the weekend when it was really cold and we have a small child so needed heat. I called Mike in a panic and he was over here within 20 minutes of me calling and found out the problem right away. He called his parts guy and within 1hr 30 minutes he had the part and it was fixed.
This business is amazing. We lost heat in our house earlier today and it was getting really cold in here. I was then on the mission of trying to find a repair shop to come out and help us. I don't know how many companies I called but when I called them Mike answered the phone and was very helpful and polite. I think he heard the anxiety in my voice that he said that he could be out to my house within 20 minutes.
