Caution! This guy is an unethical SHYSTER ! If Richard Mazur won't give you an estimate but wants to know what your budget is - find another contractor. This shyster presents himself as an experienced and knowledgeable contractor but doesn't even install a toilet correctly. His work left my toilet suspended 1/2 inch above the floor and teetered when sat upon. (The toilet did not touch the floor at any point.)
