Unresponsive, and no work whatsoever done in the last 5 months, while they keep charging me monthly. Software is confusing and does not work well, the people stated to be my liaisons are not, and I have to go through hoops and loops to get in contact with the right people. I have talked to three different tax experts and I still don't have a plan for my taxes coming next year. I would not recommend to anyone.

I suppose 1 star is ok since they do answer phones quick. Information and tax consultation is handy, but can be watched on Youtube for free. All goes pretty good until it doesn't. Then good luck. Either you just missed tax preparer or they are sick or some other reason there is just no way anyone in the office can handle a simple error on a tax form. Crazy that a company can let employees have that much control. What good is a supervisor with no real power or knowledge to handle the work?

RUN!!! Don’t fall for these guys. Hiring a bookkeeping/tax agency is supposed to remove the daunting headache of accounting and tax filing that comes with running a business, but these guys will add more headaches to you. I used them for 2 years and in the entirety of those 2 years, I could never depend on their bookkeeping services. I still maintained my excel sheet. A free consultation was offered by them along with Incfile when I set up an LLC. I thought okay cool, let me see what these guys have to offer. We set up an appointment, they were a no show. I tried contacting them and they have no way to be reached. This happened again where an appointment was set up, I confirmed, then nothing. Phony, misleading and unhelpful. Was offered a free 'Business Tax Consultation' after forming LLC with IncFile. Representative would not offer any consultation until credit card was given to tart a 30 day trial membership in something... false advertising.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The service is TERRIBLE. This company was suggested by another vendor that I set up my LLC with. I highly encourage you to research other companies that provide tax and bookkeeping services before you sign up with this one. I’m usually a pretty relaxed, understanding person, but this company does NOT COMMUNICATE WHATSOEVER and communication goes a long way. very little communication, if you want someone to do data entry, and not communicate beyond that, they will take care of you. If you're looking for advice or consulting of any kind I have been with them for over a year now and not received anything like that which is what I thought I was paying for. Tax communication is even less with missed deadlines and poor communication. Will be discontinuing service with 2 corporations asap.
