The owners were very rude and unprofessional when my storage unit was broken into. When I reported it to them they blamed me and then told me to move out. I asked about surveillance and was told there isn't any even though they advertise the property is under surveillance. While on the phone with the owner, she actually laughed about the situation and offered no assistance in helping me recover my property or find out who broke in.
